TRUSTED BY THOUSANDS ACROSS CANADA
I had to exchange a cardigan for a bigger size and the whole thing was sorted in days. No forms to chase, no arguing, they simply swapped it and sent it back out. It's rare to find a shop that stands behind what it sells like this.

This chunky knit cardigan is absolutely gorgeous! I've had compliments every single time I've worn it. It's so warm without feeling heavy, and the colour is exactly as shown on the website. I've already got my eye on a second one for the winter.
Rosalind P.
I've ordered two times now, a sweatshirt, a coat and a pair of boots and every order has arrived just as described. When I put the wrong house number in, the team fixed it for me the same morning. Lovely, patient people.
Harriet M.
Everything about this order was spot on. The quilted coat is beautifully made, the price was more than fair, and it arrived far quicker than I expected. I wore it straight out the next morning and it kept the chill off completely.
Nancy W.
Delivery was faster than I expected! The tracking kept me updated the whole way, so I knew exactly when my boots were arriving. They fit perfectly, comfortable from the very first wear, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

This shop really does deliver what it promises. I ordered two sweaters and a cardigan for the next colder months and all three were better quality than I'd hoped for. Quick, dependable and honest, a refreshing change from other sites I've tried.
Marjorie K.
I bought the hooded sweatshirt for the school run and I've barely taken it off since. It's soft on the inside, holds its shape after washing, and the sleeves are actually long enough for once. Already ordered a second colour.
Edith L.
I'm always between sizes so I used the size guide before ordering, and it was completely accurate. The sweater fits me beautifully across the shoulders. It's such a relief not to have to send things back.
Philippa R.
I had a question about the length of a cardigan before ordering and got a proper, helpful answer within the hour, not a copy-and-paste reply. That kind of service is why I came back a second time.
